This Privacy Policy explains how BuniSystems ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications (the "Apps").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Crash & Diagnostics Data (Firebase Crashlytics)
We use Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to automatically collect crash reports and diagnostics information when the App encounters an error. This data includes:
- Device model and operating system version
- Stack traces and error logs
- App version and build number
- Timestamps of crash events
- Anonymous installation identifiers
This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs and to improve app stability. It does not include your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
1.2 Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our Apps. This service collects:
- In-app events and screen views
- Session duration and frequency of use
- Device type, operating system, and language
- General geographic region (country/city level)
- Anonymous user identifiers
This information is aggregated and anonymised. It helps us improve app features and user experience.
1.3 Google Account Login
Some of our Apps support optional sign-in with a Google Account. If you choose to sign in, we may receive:
- Your Google account display name
- Your Google account email address
- Your Google profile picture URL
This information is used only to:
- Personalise your in-app experience
- Sync your preferences and saved data across devices (e.g., via Google Drive backup)
We do not share your Google account information with third parties.

4. Data Retention
- Crashlytics data is retained for 90 days by Google Firebase.
- Analytics data is retained for 14 months by Firebase, as per Google's standard retention settings.
- Account data is retained as long as you maintain your Google account and have the app installed.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data (see the Delete Account section)
- Opt out of analytics by adjusting your device's advertising settings or by disabling analytics in your device settings under Google > Ads
6. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@bunisystems.com and we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
